WWT offers broadcast advertising slots during live event coverage. By purchasing advertising:

• You agree to provide advertising content that complies with all applicable laws
• Content must not be misleading, offensive, or infringe on third-party rights
• WWT reserves the right to reject or remove advertising content at our discretion
• Advertising slots are non-transferable without written consent from WWT
• Placement and timing of ads are at WWT's discretion within the purchased tier

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase:

• You authorize WWT to charge your payment method for the total amount
• All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due at the time of purchase
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

5. User Accounts

Some features may require account registration. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

6. Intellectual Property

8. Event Cancellations

In the event of competition cancellation due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control:

• Advertising purchases may be transferred to a rescheduled event
• If no rescheduling is possible, a credit or refund may be issued per our refund policy
• WWT is not liable for travel or other expenses incurred

9. Modifications to Terms

WWT reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
